Mayank (Mike) graduated from an Indian law school and then pursued a master’s degree in International law at the University of Southampton in the United Kingdom. 

Mike’s skill set enables him to provide a wider range of legal services to our clients, including Immigration, Real Estate Conveyancing, Contracts, Wills, and Corporate law.

Prior to relocating to Canada, Mike assisted American attorneys remotely with Contract Drafting, Deposition Summaries, Legal Research, and the Development of Legal Databases. 

Mike has a keen eye for creating training materials, checklists, and optimizing each procedure. 

Mike has a deep appreciation for music, dance, and table tennis. 

Mahima Bharadwaj Verma Immigration Lawyer

Mahima Bharadwaj Verma is a dedicated Barrister and Solicitor with a specialization in Canadian Immigration and Refugee laws. Called to the Bar in December 2024, she combines extensive legal expertise with a compassionate approach to serving her clients and their families.

Mahima holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Southampton, UK, and a bachelor’s degree in law from IP University, India. Before immigrating to Canada in September 2017 as a foreign-trained lawyer, she spent over eight years as an Assistant Professor of Law at Amity University, India.

In Canada, Mahima worked with the Law Society of British Columbia for five years in various roles, gaining valuable experience in legal administration and professional conduct. She successfully completed her NCA, PLTC, and Articling requirements in 2024, culminating in her Bar admission.

Passionate about helping clients navigate complex immigration matters, Mahima is also a lover of nature and history, bringing a well-rounded perspective to her work and life.

Ankita Banerjee Family Lawyer

Ankita Banerjee is a dual-qualified lawyer licensed to practice in India and British Columbia, Canada. She practices in family law, wills and estates, and civil litigation.

Ankita holds a B.A. (English Literature) and LL.B. from the University of Delhi, and an LL.M. from the Indian Law Institute. She previously served as an Assistant Professor of Law at Amity Law School before relocating to Canada.

In Canada, she gained experience at leading law firms in Vancouver and Langley, obtained her NCA Certificate of Qualification, and articled in family law, wills and estates, and civil litigation. She has appeared before the BC Supreme Court, Provincial Court, and Small Claims Court, and has assisted in multiple mediations.

Ankita advises clients on parenting arrangements, support, property division, cohabitation and separation agreements, estate planning, and collections matters. She is known for her practical, client-focused approach and commitment to achieving effective legal outcomes.
